Excellent podcast. I’m an instant admirer of Val Swisher – she really knows the subject. It highlights the fact that most small medium sized businesses have a very long way to go make the most of their international opportunities. The UK is similar to the US in many respects. Most people here don’t speak another language and have no concept of how a poor translation can affect their credibility. A challenge for all us in international marketing.
